  • Please read these terms, we tried to make then as readable as possible.

    • Call if you need clarification of these terms, before reserving.

  • Reservations are required, we do not give tours.

  • Prices are always calculated by number of guests.

TO CHECK IN:

  • CALL ONE HOUR BEFORE ARRIVAL! Between 6 PM & 10 PM EST

  • 828 225 3278 (save in your phone)

Call before 10 PM to check in after 10 PM. $5 added to ever hour after 10 PM.

  • It is recommended that you park on our property for free if you arrive early.

CHECK OUT IS AT NOON.

  • For special time requirements such as flight arrival, other fixed arrival times, please make a note in the "special requirements" notes section of your reservation.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Free to cancel before 5PM the evening before your arrival.

  • Deposit is non-refundable.

  • First night is billed for failure to show or call less than 24 hours before arrival.

  • Call or go online at cancel.avlbooking.com or adjust.avlbooking.com

  • Use your reservation number & email address in your booking confirmation email to change or cancel online.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE TERMS BELOW MAY RESULT IN LOSS OF YOUR RESERVATION.

NO FIRE & NOTHING BURNING INDOORS INCLUDING:

  • NO SMOKING

  • NO INCENSE

  • NO CANDLES

VALID ID

  • ALL GUESTS MUST PROVIDE A VALID GOVERNMENT PHOTO ID UPON ARRIVAL.

    • USA guests must have valid DMV Drivers license, Identification card or student ID.

    • International guests are required to have Government photo ID from their country.

  • Local residents are not permitted to stay.

SECURITY

  • THE EXTERIOR DOORS ARE TO REMAIN SHUT & LATCHED AT ALL TIMES.

    • Even if you are just going out to your car for a moment.

    • 24/7 Audio & Video surveillance. (no, not in your room or bathrooms)

NO VISITORS

  • EVERY SINGLE GUEST MUST BE CHECKED IN.

  • GUESTS MAY NOT CHECK IN OTHER GUESTS.

  • GUESTS MAY NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO ENTER THE BUILDING.

    • Only the guests specified in your reservation may be in your accommodation without permission.

PERSON MAKING RESERVATION MUST:

  • Be over the age of 18. No age limit, just be aware that this is a Youth Hostel.

  • Have one cell phone per party to check in.

  • Book no more than one room per night.

  • To book a maximum of one other room per party, payment is required in full, call for this.


AvlBooking's properties have the right to remove anyone from the property, or refuse a reservation upon arrival or at anytime, and without reason. Although we have mostly great guests, so this is very rarely necessary.
